How Come That Blood

Billie MacLaren, a smart hillbilly girl working at Oak Ridge, is called home the first weekend in August to fix her Mama.  Seems like Mama has just a touch of that MacLaren ailment, schizophrenia.  Billie’s been warned this may not be a good time to leave the Atomic City, but she goes home anyway, hitching a ride with a couple of infamous gypsy sisters, the Dellarobbias.  During the visit, Mama spirals out of control and Billie is faced with the dilemma of covering up her mother’s crime.   Billie may be an old hand at keeping secrets, but her fate winds up being inevitably tied to her mother’s.
