(4M/4W) An impassioned city council is closing in like a noose around the neck of the local "adult entertainment" establishments. After deputizing a couple of locals to investigate the venues, attorney Franklin Archer is saddled with filing the complaints. But when small town secrets lead to murder, it's not exactly the Atticus Finch moment Franklin's longed for. Well, maybe… his life is a little like To Kill a Mockingbird on meth.
